A note from us

Most ERP projects fail not because of software — but because of translation.

Operations speak in workflows. Engineers speak in entities. We were built to translate between the two — with the discipline of a consultancy and the craftsmanship of a small studio.

01 — Practice

Seven disciplines.
One backbone.

i.

ERP
Implementation

End-to-end deployment of Odoo, SAP and custom-built ERPs — sequenced to your operational calendar, not ours.

Explore →
ii.

Odoo
Customization

Module engineering, workflow refinement and UI tailoring inside Odoo Community and Enterprise editions.

Explore →
iii.

Custom
Software

Bespoke platforms architected to outlive the consultants who wrote them. Readable code, documented decisions, obvious upgrade paths.

Explore →
iv.

Process
Automation

Replace the ten manual steps no one documents — reconciliations, approvals, monthly close. Quietly removed from human hands.

Explore →
v.

E-commerce
Automation

Storefront, inventory, fulfillment and finance — stitched into a single, observable pipeline.

Explore →
vi.

Training
& Support

Knowledge transfer is the project. Programmes for operators, administrators and executives — in-person or remote.

Explore →
vii.

Mobile
Applications

Field-grade apps for sales, inventory and operations — connected directly to the ERP of record, working offline.

Explore →
02 — Method

A practiced sequence.
Not a slide-deck process.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Two weeks inside your operations — interviews, shadow shifts, document audits. We surface the failure modes nobody mentioned in the RFP.

    2 wks
  2. 02

    Architect

A written blueprint: module map, data model, integration plan, decision register. You sign off before a line of code is written.

    3 wks
  3. 03

    Build

Two-week increments, demoed live. Senior engineers on every commit. No offshore pass-throughs, no junior-only standups.

    8–14 wks
  4. 04

    Migrate

Data is the project. Reconciled, validated, dual-run against legacy systems for a full operating cycle before cutover.

    2–4 wks
  5. 05

    Operate

Hypercare, then a managed support cadence. We measure adoption, not tickets — and we publish both monthly.

    ongoing
03 — Sectors

Eight verticals.
One vocabulary.

04 — Hardware

Seamless
hardware integrations.

POS Machines

Counter-side terminals wired into stock, accounting and loyalty.

ZKTeco Devices

Time, attendance and access control synced to HR records.

Barcode Scanners

Wedge and Bluetooth scanners feeding directly into picking flows.

Biometric Systems

Fingerprint, facial and palm-vein for high-trust authentication.

Thermal Printers

Receipt, label and shipping printers driven from any workstation.

05 — Software

Seamless
software integrations.

07 — Client testimonials

The references
we're quietest about.

R. Mahmood Group COO · Mehran Industries
The deliverable was discipline, not software. Innovexa wrote down what nobody in our company had ever bothered to write down — and made the system honour it.
S. Almeida CFO · Aragon Hospitality Group
We've worked with three of the global five. Innovexa is the only firm that returned with fewer questions in week six than week one.
K. Ibrahim Managing Director · Karim Distributors
They told us not to buy half the modules we asked for. That sentence alone returned the engagement fee.
L. Chen Director of Ops · Nordwell Retail
Eleven stores, one cutover weekend, zero stuck transactions. Their migration plan reads like a flight checklist — and they actually flew it.
F. Othman Head of Finance · Velar Logistics
Month-end used to take nine days and three antacids. It now takes two days, and our auditors stopped asking nervous questions.
08 — Questions, candidly

What buyers ask us,
before they ask us.

A focused mid-market Odoo deployment runs twelve to twenty weeks from kickoff to go-live. Multi-entity, multi-country engagements are six to nine months. Anyone quoting four weeks is selling a demo.
Yes. We hold Partner status with Odoo SA and have delivered both Community and Enterprise engagements across multiple regions. We can procure licensing, but we'll tell you honestly when Community is the right answer.
That is the project. Every engagement ends with a written runbook, a trained internal owner, and an optional managed-support cadence. If you ever choose to exit, you exit with the keys.
Fixed-scope, fixed-fee for diagnose and architect. Time-and-materials with a hard ceiling for build. Retainer for operate. We publish the rate card before we sign anything.
Routinely. The hard part is never the source platform — it's the data hygiene underneath. We dual-run for a full operating cycle before cutover so reconciliation isn't a launch-day surprise.
A single, senior team. No offshore pass-through, no nearshore subcontracting. The engineer who scopes your project is the engineer who ships it.
An invitation

LET'S BUILD
SOMETHING
OPERATIONAL.

A 30-minute call. No deck. We'll tell you, candidly, whether your problem is one we're the right firm to solve.
